Shipping Policy – Auto Transmission Hub

1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day after payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be applied automatically.

3. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as delays may occur due to carrier issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

5. International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

6. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Auto Transmission Hub is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
