Refund policy

ATH designates all components marked with the letter “U” as used parts. These items undergo an inspection process prior to being offered for sale. Where applicable, a protective coating may be applied to help minimize the risk of corrosion during storage and handling.

ATH warrants that each part is in good functional condition and suitable for its intended purpose at the time of sale. This warranty applies solely to the part itself and does not extend to any resulting damage or loss that may occur following installation or use.

Customers are eligible for a 30-day return period on any unused and uninstalled parts. No warranty is offered on any parts designated as used, "U". ATH provides a ninety (90) day limited warranty on parts designated as remanufactured "R" on the part itself, subject to the terms outlined herein.

Installation of all parts must be performed with care and in accordance with proper mechanical practices. Any components supplied in a pre-assembled state must have their alignment and orientation verified by a qualified technician prior to installation. ATH assumes no responsibility or liability for issues arising from incorrect installation or misuse.

Due to the nature of used components, it is strongly recommended that all parts be fully disassembled, inspected, and properly lubricated as necessary before installation. Particular attention should be given to soft components, including but not limited to seals, bushings, washers, clutch plates, and O-rings. These items are subject to wear and are not guaranteed. Replacement of all soft parts at the time of installation is highly recommended, as ATH does not cover or replace worn, damaged, or defective soft components included with any used part.
